- 1 tablespoon A1 steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark molasses
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 6 black peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- Meat:
- 2 large bone in ribeye steaks, about 1 1/2 inches thick and 2 lbs each
