1   egg, lightly beaten

3 Tbsp.  chopped fresh dill, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.  ground black pepper
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
