1/2 lb.  assorted fresh mushrooms (shiitake, button, crimini or oyster), sliced
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup  chopped red peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups  shredded MAYBUD Smoked Gouda Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
6 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
