3 medium  baking apples, chopped (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp.  cornstarch
40 NILLA Wafers, coarsely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups crumbs)
3/4 cup  PLANTERS Walnut Pieces
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
