  • 1/2 cup rice flour or cornflour
  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 and 1/4 cups iced water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Vegetable oil, for deep frying
  • 1kg green prawns, peeled, deveined and tails intact
  • Steamed rice and Woolworths Select Soy Sauce, to serve
