Sweet & Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

Most of the time, chicken and rice is a crowd pleaser. But if you're a mother of more than one child you know that means more than one personality and taste buds. Like in my house last night it went like this: One daughter love sweet glazed meat the other one hates it. But one insist I cook the sweet & sour chicken she eats at the chinese resturants. My other daughter won't eat it unless it's spicy. I can't make it too spicy because the sweet meal requester can't tolerate too much spice!! Do you see the problem?? I tell you no matter how old your kids get a mother's job is never done. So this is the compromise and I excited to say it was a hit! I'm kind of glad I wasn't able to make the same sweet & sour chicken you can get anywhere. This chicken is soo good and flavorful. This dish will hit all of the taste buds in your mouth trust me!!
