Ingredients

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • Filling
  • 300g pork mince
  • 2 green shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sliced water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • Woolworths Select Oriental Sweet Plum Marinade or Stir-fry Sauce, to serve
