  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 750g small potatoes
  • 3 zucchini, trimmed, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 250g punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon extra, cut into wedges
