  • 1 small carrot, peeled and cut
  • 3 slices Coles Smart buy white bread (blended in food processor to crumbs)
  • 1/3 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • 570 g (2 large) Chicken breast fillet skin off (from the deli)
  • 1/2 cup Coles plain flour
  • Salt and pepper (from the pantry)
  • 1 Coles free range egg, lightly beaten
