- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup [60 mL] milk
- 1 cup [240 mL] flour
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] black pepper
- 2 cups [480 mL] plain dry breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
