  • 1 and 1/3 cups [320 mL] rice flour
  • 1 and 1/3 cups [320 mL] water
  • 1 and 2/3 cups [400 mL] coconut milk, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon [3 mL] turmeric
  • 10 ounces [300 g] lean pork, semifrozen, sliced very thin

  • 4 scallions, white parts minced, green parts sliced thin for garnish
