- 1/4 cup Tamari Sauce , or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 cup Vegetable Stock , or vegetable broth
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper , ground
- 2 cup Green Lentils , rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Chive Fresh , chopped for garnish
