- 3 ea Star Anise , whole
- 1 tsp Coriander , whole
- 1/4 tsp Clove , whole
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg , ground
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 bunch Parsley Italian Fresh
- 3 stalk Lemongrass , smashed and rough cut
- 3 ea Bay Leaf
- 1 Tbsp Sambal Olek
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
