• 1/8 tsp Clove , ground
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper , ground
• 2 cup Heavy Cream
• 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream , whipped till about double in size, do not whip stiff
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon , ground
• 1 Tbsp Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removes leaves chopped
