- 1 ea Leek , (remove tops and use white and light green parts only, washed very well on the inside to remove all

- 2 med Carrot , peeled and diced small
- 5 med Yam , (red skinned, orange insides) peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 cup Chicken Broth Or Stock
- 1 tsp Cinnamon , ground
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg , ground
- 1/8 tsp Clove , ground
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper , ground
- 2 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream , whipped till about double in size, do not whip stiff
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon , ground
- 1 Tbsp Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removes leaves chopped
