- 1/4 cup Tamari Sauce , or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sambal Olek
- 1 med Red Pepper , seeded and julienned very thin
- 1/4 cup Green Onion , ends removed cut small on diagonal
