- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper , ground
- 3 lb Mussel , beards removed, scrubbed and cleaned very well
- 1/2 cup Parsley Italian Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Thyme Fresh , pulled from stem and chopped
