- 1 bulb Fennel , ends removed and sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup Basil Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper , ground
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
