For icing:
1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups icing sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

For filling:
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup oreo cookie crumbs
