Ingredients
Mom used to make this pasta on special days,like on Holidays and a lot of Sundays. It was a big treat for us.
It's a lot of work because of all the ingredients that you have to prepare but it's well worth it.
2 Pounds of ziti
3 hard boiled eggs
1 pound of ground beef
1 can of green peas
1 bag of shredded mozzarrella
1 cup of parmesan grated cheese
1 8oz ricotta cheese
Mom's sauce
3 Cans of Tomato Puree
6 Tablespoons of sugar
6 leaves of fresh basil
1 medium onion sliced
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil
3- 3/4 cans of Water
