600g prawns (cleaned and leave the tail on)2 eggs

1 large tomato (chopped)
2 large onions (sliced into thin rings)
1 green chilly (de-seeded and sliced)
2 red chillies (de-seeded and sliced)
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Chinese wine
1 stalk of coriander leaves (sliced into smaller pieces)
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
