Approx. ½ Cup Water add a little more if its too dry.
2-3 Bay Leaves
Pinch Tarragon
2 Cups Fresh Button Mushrooms or a Can of Champignons or both
½ Cup Cream
2tblsp Light Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
