Ingredients
500g ground meat;2 tbsp or so of canola oil;
2 tsp cumin;
1 tsp chilli flakes;
2 tsp oregano;
1 medium onion, diced;
4 garlic clove, finely chopped;
1/2 cup tomato purée;
1 medium green pepper, diced;
1/2 cup raisin soaked in warm water;
1/2 cup green olives stuffed with pimento;
Salt to taste.
