Ingredients
1 (about 200g) potato - cut into long thin stripes and deep fried (with the skin on)150g french beans - remove strings and cut into 1/2 inch length
2 red chillies - sliced
1 (about 50g) onion - sliced
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
1 stalk coriander leaf - sliced
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Spices:
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp grounded ginger
1/2 tsp grounded garlic
** mix all these ingredients together
