Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken breast without skin, cut into flat slices and flattened with rolling pin1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 block of cheese divided into sticks depends upon the number of chicken slices
3/4 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
some toothpick
oil for frying
For the mix veggies:
2 cups lettuce cut into strips
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
a dash of salt
a dash of olive oil
a little of lemon juice
In a bowl, mix all the veggies and season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
