1/3 C margarine, melted & cooled at room temperature
1/8 tsp. salt
1 C flour
1/2 C raw sugar
1/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 C almond milk or other non-dairy milk


1 lb. of rhubarb, sliced
1 C raw sugar
1 lb. strawberries hulled & halved
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
