For the gravy/sauce
3 medium size sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed - abt 150g)
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt to taste
To ground/blend:
15 dried red chillies
2 tbsp dried prawns
1 inch ginger
4 cloves garlic
4 small shallots
1 lemongrass/serai
For garnishing/topping:
10 fresh prawns (de-vein and cleaned)
fried bean curd
fried shallots
boiled eggs
sliced red chillies
sliced green chillies
shredded onion leaves
shredded coriander leaves
calamansi lime juice
