Ingredients

4 swordfish steaks
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp each coriander, thyme, paprika
salt & pepper freshly ground

For the salsa:
1 Avocado
2 tsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic
3 spring onions
½ cucumber
1 tbsp coriander freshly chopped
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp Chili-sauce, hot
