Ingredients
1 packet of soft tofu (abt 50g)20g salted fish (soaked in water and cut into tiny pieces)
3 shallots (chopped)
1/2 inch ginger (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 stalk of spring onion (cut into smaller pieces)
2 tbsp olive oil
1tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
Serve With Dipping Sauce:
1 red chilly (deseeded and chopped)
2 birds eye chillies (chopped - optional)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp light soy sauce
salt and sugar to taste
