¾ C milk (I always use skim)
¼ C orange juice
1 t grated orange zest
1 C honey
¼ C sugar ( I think this could be eliminated….)
¼ C butter
2 eggs
2 ¼ C flour
1 t baking soda
½ slat
½ cinnamon
¼ t nutmeg
1/8 t cloves
1 C chopped pecans
¼ C brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
¼ chopped pecans
