½ cup sunflower oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
10 g (0.35) baking powder
1 cup chopped almonds (or any other nuts)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
For the Icing:
1 cup sweetened whipping cream
Zest of ½ lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
