1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1-1/2 cups pecans, lightly toasted and finely chopped
Assembly:
3 to 4 firm, ripe bananas
1/2 cup granulated sugar
