2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour ( I know that seems like a lot, But trust me. )1 tsp. of baking Soda
1 tsp. of sea salt
1 cup of butter ( 2 sticks ) at room temp.
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of packed brown sugar ( preferably light )
1/2 tsp. of almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup of quick oats
2 1/2 cups of butterscotch chips
1 cup of chopped toffee bits
