Ingredients
3 pieces hard white tofu ( cut each diagonally to form 2 triangles)Mix the tofu with 1 tsp rice flour and some salt. Deep fry until golden brown.
Remove and keep aside.
Other Ingredients
2 tbsp fish curry powder (or the amount you prefer)
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 bay leafs
4 shallots - sliced thinly
3 green chillies - remove seed and cut into 1 1/2 inch length
1 (100g) medium size tomato - sliced thinly
1 small bunch of coriander leaves - sliced into long pieces
1 1/2 tbsp thick tamarind/assam juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
