Ingredients
2 sticks (1/2 pound) unsalted butter, softened1 3/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp. of sea salt ( you may decreas this to 1/2 tsp. if you prefer )
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs plus 1 yolk
2 tsp. of pure vanilla extract ( I used only 1 )
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
Ganache ingredients:
1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ( I used bittersweet )
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
