Ingredients
1 pound steak, I like to use a bottom round steak but you can use a lot of different cuts. Choose a leaner cut and slice it about 1/4 inch thin.
2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Teaspoons paprika
1 Teaspoon cayenne
2 Cups buttermilk (or you can use a few eggs)
Salt and pepper
A few cups neutral oil for frying
For Gravy:
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons oil from frying
- 2-3 Cups milk
- Salt and pepper
