Ingredients
- Whole squid body pouch, washed and dried, retain the tentacles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp cubed strong
- Italian style bread
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Pinch of cayenne
- Flaked salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Choose some of the many vegetables and herbs, chopped to roast the squid on.
