Ingredients

  • Whole squid body pouch, washed and dried, retain the tentacles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cubed strong
  • Italian style bread
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Flaked salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Choose some of the many vegetables and herbs, chopped to roast the squid on.
