Ingredients

2-3 rice paper roll wrappers per person (as an entrée) or 1-2 for hors d'oeuvresSelection of Dipping Sauces for Asian FoodsFillingsChoose fillings from the list…
  • Meats: Marinated chicken, pork, beef, tofu. (Any meat really that is good cold) marinated in soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil and palm sugar and cooked then when cold, cut into julienne.
  • Seafood: Prawns or Fish (sushi quality salmon and tuna are good) or any fish prepared ceviche style and julienned.
  • Salads: Any style salad mixes including meat and vegetables or fruits that have been dressed and drained such as Thai beef salad, basic rice paper roll salad etc
  • Vegetables: Colour, crunch and the edibility in raw or cold state need to taken into account such as bean shoots, capsicum, carrot, baby corn, cucumber (deseed is better, less watery), water chestnuts, lettuce, red cabbage, chives, mushrooms (shiitake, enoki or button), red chilli, snow peas and snow pea sprouts, asparagus (blanched).
