Ingredients

  • 1 qty Bechamel Sauce (for every 2 people you're cooking for)
  • 250g canned tuna in spring water
  • 1 cup Dried Breadcrumbs (for every 2 people you're cooking for)
  • 1 cup cooked short pasta (such as penne, farfalle, fusilli etc)
  • 1 cup mixed diced vegetables (capsicum, zucchini, peas, corn,celery) - optional
  • ¼ cups chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 25g butter
