Ingredients

  • Kidney Beans
  • boiling water
  • olive oil
  • out of that - or use a tin to cheat -
  • 2 cups of cooked kidney beans
  • 1 large bottle tomato puree
  • 1 ½ capsicums
  • 2 Zucchini or eggplant
  • 2 rashers Sanitarium Vegetarian Bacon
  • ½ a head of broccoli
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes of medium size
  • A medium bunch of finely diced spinach
  • A bunch of finely diced parsley from the garden
