  • 300g lamb loin, cut in thin slices
  • 2tblsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cummin, ground
  • 1/4 tsp hot chilli paste (can be omitted)
  • 200g baby french beans (or snow peas halved lengthways)
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tblsp water
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • salt
  • cous cous to serve
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tblsp tahini
