- 1 medium sized potato-diced
- 2 carrots-cut in 4-5 pieces
- 6-8 broccolli florets
- A small bunch of chives-chopped (can be substituted with 1 shallot)
- 1 cup sour cream
- A slice of butter
- Salt-pepper
