Salmon In Champagne

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Half a bottle of champagne (you can use leftover champagne not older than a week)
  • 1 medium sized potato-diced
  • 2 carrots-cut in 4-5 pieces
  • 6-8 broccolli florets
  • A small bunch of chives-chopped (can be substituted with 1 shallot)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • A slice of butter
  • Salt-pepper
