  • 4 tablespoons chopped red pepper
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (295g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 60ml white wine
  • 250g grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
