Barbecued Steak With Blue Cheese, Garlic And Herb Butter

  • 120g butter, softened
  • 30g Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed chilli flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 8 sirloin steaks (around 200g each)
