- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dark brown soft sugar
- 100ml (4 fl oz) fresh orange juice
- 100ml (4 fl oz) cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons red wine
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon treacle
Description
This Is A West Indian Marinade That's Been Used For Generations. It's Best Suited For Fish And Game, But I Also Like It On Chicken And Pork. Make Sure You Adjust The Amount Of Chillies To Your Taste. Also, I Sometimes Replace The Orange Juice With Marmala
