- 250 grams mixed nuts of your choice, (I use a combination of pinenuts, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 4 small spring onions
- 400 grams tinned chopped tomatoes
- 1 egg egg beaten
- 100 grams mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Vegetarian Dry Stock
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Marmite, or other yeast extract blended with 1 tsp boiling water
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup flour
