- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 120ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 60g (1/2 cup) slivered or chopped almonds
- 60g (1/2 cup) walnuts, chopped
