- 500g diced chicken breast
- sprinkle salt
- sprinkle ground black pepper
- 2 diced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 100ml cream sherry
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 100ml double cream
- 1/2 pint half pint water
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon half teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon half teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 qtr teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 half teaspoon paprika
- 125ml drained sweetcorn
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1-2 oz butter(bechemel sauce)
- 1 tblsp plain flour(bechemel sauce)
- 1/2 pint half pint milk(bechemel sauce)
- sprinkle black pepper(bechemel sauce)
Description
This Is A Very Tasty Chicken And Vegetable Pie Which The Family Love And My Kids Who Don't Like Vegetables Very Much Will Always Eat This Quite Happily And Often Go Back For Another One. I Batch Bake These Now Along With Everything Else So For Months Now
