- 50g white chocolate (I used Valrhona chocolate, make sure to use high quality chocolate)
- 300g creme fraiche
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 orange, candied
- 150g corn flakes
- 40g pralin
- 50g crushed gavottes (or shortbread)
