  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock granules
  • salt to taste
  • 2.25kg tilapia fillets
