  • 1 onion, halved and sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets, stalks thinly sliced
  • 250 g button mushrooms, halved
  • 3 small chicken breast fillets or thigh fillets, about 375 g in total, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ cup shredded fresh basil
